Tim Cronin has distinguished himself as a dedicated and award-winning trial lawyer whose work continues to shape the legal profession and improve patient and consumer safety nationwide. In his product liability work, Tim has been at the forefront of holding manufacturers and distributors accountable for unsafe products and systemic corporate misconduct. In 2016, he was lead counsel in a landmark $17.6 million verdict that spurred reform to opioid prescribing practices across the country—a case that underscored the devastating human cost of negligent pharmaceutical marketing and oversight. In 2018, he served as chief trial lawyer for Heisman Trophy winner Reggie Bush, achieving a $12.5 million verdict against Stan Kroenke and the Rams, and also obtained an $18.26 million verdict for a young girl who was repeatedly discharged from a hospital while suffering from E. coli.

In 2024, Tim was lead trial counsel in a case that resulted in a $535 million verdict for a young sexual assault victim in Illinois—the largest verdict in Illinois state history for a single plaintiff. The case revealed systemic failures within a behavioral health center and has had sweeping industry-wide effects, prompting stronger accountability and reforms in healthcare safety standards.
