Rob has served as first- and second-chair trial counsel in more than 40 cases that have gone to verdict. He has also served as lead trial counsel, national counsel and local counsel for many global pharmaceutical and medical device companies, including Johnson & Johnson and its subsidiaries.

The matters that Rob handles are nationwide litigation relating to anticoagulants, hip implants, pelvic mesh, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, and atypical antipsychotic medications, among other products. He manages all stages of pretrial proceedings; takes and defends depositions of key experts, C-suite and other company witnesses throughout the United States and Europe; and briefs and conducts Daubert and Frye challenges. Rob’s litigation practice includes multidistrict litigation, class actions, mass torts and claims of unfair competition and false advertising.
